Staff members needed

Well i have just set up a brand new forum about video gaming called VG Freaks and i need some staff members (and some members for that matter) so i thought i would post it here. There is a link below which will take you to the forum and then all you have to do is sign up > VGN News > Staff Required scroll down then copy the application form at the bottom and fill it out then PM it to me.

Job Descriptions:

VGN Reporter - as a Video Games reporter its your job to find news about the video gaming world such as title release setbacks, auto updates, downloadable content and anything else related to Video Gaming.

All Other Moderators - Your job is basically maintenance, make sure there is no spamming, flaming or other kind of abuse going on, please make your forums tidy and easy to view, merge or delete topics about the same thing such as 'Halo 2' and 'Who here likes Halo 2' either delete the one with the least posts or split and merge them together.

Couldn't you just have one moderator for a few of those topics? wouldn't that be easier.
