9. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes, I will help with the transition of the site to the new owner.
10. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No, there is no user system for the site.
11. What all does the site include? Everything you see on the site and the account information to login to CheatsDatabase.

I am selling ManyCheats. This website is one of my favorites, but I am forced to sell due to financial problems.

The domain alone is a premium .info domain perfect for search engines to spider and index into their database(s). Buyer will receive the whole site as it is, with the custom design coded and integrated with the CheatsDatabase.

I will help the new owner get the site onto their server. This site requires no time on your end at all, and no expenses but whatever you pay for hosting.

There are many revenue oppurtunities for this website including pop ups and popunders, flash and static banner advertising, and contextual advertising.

I am looking for offers above $20. If I don't like the price you offer me, I don't have to sell it. For an extra fee, I will make the site SEO. If you would like a custom forum skin integrated into the design, that'll be an extra fee, too.

Damn....all it need was a domain name change and it would be good, seems to cheap for a good website. Its the way the world works though.
