Do you like/dislike flash? Is it good to use flash these days?

I see many websites 'over using' flash these days, but then again flash adds that "modern look" to your web page.

I think Flash is great but I find that if it is done wrong it can slow down a persons computer and connection. I should know cause I have had it happen to me several times. Flash ads are the worst offenders when it comes to system resources and internet connection.

Yes i agree with killmur it looks great but depending on the site should determine if its used or not.
