Yes but thier objective is to send you a little back,If you recieve no more,They made $2 off you for virtually doing nothing,Add that up times how many people join the randomizer and they are rolling in cash.It's kind of like las vegas,,They will let you play and get some payouts,But in the end they know the vast majority of players will not only put the money they won back into the houses bank,But spend alot trying to make back thier loses.Kinda the same applies with these randomizers,They want you to feel up spirted about a return on your investment and at the same time they are only cashing in.The theory could be that they have paid you 4 dollars back,But if you buy more weight with them they want you to think the money will come rolling in.Therefore you give them more money to get your random position ahead of other peoples,But the money never comes rolling in.They just make more money off of you for buying up further in the rotation.
