What hosting do you guys prefer? I have found a couple to be good, mostly big companies like hostgator

I've been with a whole bunch of different companies.

I'm with PowerVPS right now, I've got a few VPSs with them and have been really happy with their service & support.

24 hour support, several plans to choose from, all under $20 (mine is just $5),
very quick response to questions, 99% uptime (I've not been down once).

Another excellent host I am currently using is www.netregistry.com.au. I love them plus I am in Australia.

A good solid one I find to be Hostroute though I hosted with a Company in Chicago, USA called Hostforweb for a year or two, but have now got a deal with a friend in Brighton who has a couple of dedicated servers and 50gig B/W spare..

i have to say that i like hostgator.com it is a nice host and i love it!

i actually hate hostgator.com. do not ever use them ever okay EVER!
