Admin login problem ?

Hello all,

I had someone install a forum for me and i am having trouble login in to the admin cp.

When i try to login i get an error message it says my ip is not on file.

The person who installed the forum done a great job and he can login but i cant.

Any one have any ideas on how to fix this

Have you tried opening "config.php" to see if there's anything in it that may fix your problem?

There must be a site with FAQs, if so can someone give me a link because i'm a newbie and im going to have so many problems with my forum.
