Enable account activation : If set on then an e-mail will be sent and the person registering will need to follow a link before posting.

Alow HTML: Gives to option to allow HTML format in posts

I din't want to start a whole new thread on another question but how do I upload myt logo/banner for my website. I don't see anything about that on my admin panel?

What you have to do is use an FTP like www.Surftp.com then make you logo and overwrite it with the one there now by using the same file name.
That should then change it to your one.
