Is forum bay being targeted for hackers to use register bots?

At Del 540's forum, and I notice he had alot of reigstered users in the line of names such as QMSkMuYfGkrUdKz. I also seen a few other members forums i cant remember who's also being under attack.

I am here tell all users who use phpBB to put up Enable account. This is here by stop all reigster bots. Also, just to let you know.. Phpbb is a very secure board.. If you have the updates.

We are using VB so we shouldnt be getting targeted bots.

Thats not what im saying. A Hacker can come to this forum. Find a phpbb link and instert a register bot.
