I've seen all around forums and sites about Paid Search engine optimization! Does it really work and is it better than unpaid?

of course, paid seo services will deliver more for your site. I just have to warn you though that many companies will charge you more than what an average seo will get. so research first on standard rates!

Also take a good look around before you pay anybody, there's tons of good information around about how to do the SEO yourself for all of the different forum options.
