Default Are Custom Terms and Conditions Worth It?

Do you go with the standard t&c's on your forums or do you ceate your own ones?

If you create your own do you do it yourself or do you hire someone to do it?

Depends on your forum. Most terms and codition cover a wide variety of legal issues from experience. However, if you offer medical advice, or even talk about medical issues, get an attorney. Or post a help thread in a legal forum.
