I found this really cool free domain generator. It has ads, but you can remove them. It did have a really annoying toolbar. But it's not on my site annymore.

Basicly that site is for people we don't have much money to spend on a domain, therefore they get free. But site like that suck. Tools Bar on your site which is total bullshit. Thats why i BUY doamins.
