Default Fuse a new utility for the forums

First let me give a brief description about FUSE.A fuse is a web2.0 utility which allows group of users(community) to build important bookmarks around a topic of their interest.More explanation about FUSE can be found at http://www.httpfuse.com/what_is_httpfuse.jsp .

How it be usefull for forums?

Owners of the forums can create the Fuse on the topic their users are discussing which will allow their users to put important bookmarks on that topic.
Now Owners can Just give the link of the fuse to their users OR the better way is to embed that fuse under that topic, which will allow user to see the important bookmarks on that topic on the forum itself.

I am concerened about two things while puting fuse on my forum, first one is what is different with it my users can simply put the URL in the reply they post.Second point is my users has to visit your site to add link while in the present format my users can simply put the url while staying on my side only.
